I’m in kind of a yucky place. Being proactive, started seeing a counselor, falling in love with myself, everything is okay, breathe.

Had a cheer competition last night, and today I am so thankful for my strength!
(and also I wear black when I work out because it’s a funeral for my fat)
Has weightloss improved your tumbling?
1. To clear up for people less familiar with cheer, I’m assuming this person means power tumbling, like backhandsprings etc. not spending time on tumblr ;)
2. Absolutely. I do it less than I used to, but it FEELS easier. My joints hurt less, I feel lighter. I can do a round off full on the floor and hadn’t been able to before. My body listens to me better.
